We offer two reliable delivery options to ensure your order reaches you promptly:
- APC Express Delivery: For quick and reliable delivery with tracking.
- Royal Mail 24HR Service: A tracked service providing prompt delivery, typically within 1-2 working day. This option is recommended especially for business buildings and apartment blocks.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for: Another tracked service offered for certain products and delivery locations. Delivery is typically 1-3 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may vary slightly, but we always strive to send your order as quickly as possible.
3. Delivery Charges
For orders under £45, there is a £3.99 delivery charge, which is subject to change in line with Royal Mail’s pricing adjustments. Please note that these are the standard delivery charges and may vary if we have an active delivery charge promotional offer.
4. Free UK Delivery
Enjoy free UK delivery on orders of £45 or more. This lets you stock up on your favourite fragrances with no additional shipping fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your parcel and receive real-time updates on its journey to you.
6. Delivery Address
Ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. Provided the order has not been dispatched, you can amend the address by clicking on the link on the order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship exclusively within the UK and are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
8. Delivery Issues
